Barrier Smart Pack is a surface-tolerant, zinc-rich coating made for brush and roller. Barrier Smart pack is a ceramically-reinforced, epoxy coating with a 1:1 mixing ratio – making it easy to use and reducing waste. It is designed for brush and roller application, making it ideal for maintenance and touch-up and repairs during outfitting in new construction projects. Barrier Smart Pack is suitable for carbon steel, repair of inorganic zinc silicate coating and damaged galvanised steel substrates and conforms to the compositional requirements of SSPC paint 20, level 2 and ISO 12944-5. This product complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.
Pre-qualified in accordance with NORSOK M-501 in selected systems.
