About
Jotatemp 1000 è un primer resistente al calore con il più ampio intervallo di temperature operative del mercato. Grazie alla composizione a matrice multipolimerica inerte, Jotatemp 1000 resiste a temperature continue da -196 °C fino a 1.000 °C (dove consentito dai supporti). Jotatemp 1000 è adatto a superfici isolate e non e può essere utilizzato come primer o finitura in ambienti soggetti agli agenti atmosferici. Offre una protezione ottimizzata contro la corrosione delle superfici in acciaio al carbonio a temperature ambiente durante i periodi di costruzione e di fermo. Questo rivestimento offre una protezione eccellente contro la corrosione sotto isolamento a temperature di esercizio superiori a 250 °C. L'utilizzo di Jotatemp 1000 può ridurre l'esigenza di costosi tempi di fermo per manutenzione poiché può essere applicato su supporti caldi fino a 250 °C ed è adatto a superfici con grado di preparazione St2. Polimerizza a condizioni ambientali, questo ne migliora le proprietà anticorrosive e ne aumenta la resistenza all'abrasione, riducendo notevolmente l'esigenza di ritocchi. Jotatemp 1000 non è soggetto a sfarinamento per esposizione ai raggi UV grazie alla formulazione del legante basata su chimica inorganica. Ha superato i test standard per la prevenzione della corrosione sotto isolamento. Jotatemp 1000 è ottimizzato per supporti in acciaio al carbonio e ceramica.
