Hardtop Smart Pack II is the only polyurethane topcoat on the market available in convenient 5-litre cans with a user-friendly 1:1 mixing ratio. Engineered for seamless, high-quality application by airless spray, brush, or roller, it is the ideal solution for maintenance, touch-ups, and projects where brush or roller application is preferred. It can be tinted over MCI and delivers a high-gloss finish with very good colour and gloss retention.
Hardtop Smart Pack II was tested, certified, and approved as part of a system with Jotamastic Smart Pack HB and Barrier Smart Pack to meet the industry’s most rigorous standards. Jotun Smart Pack systems ensure reliable anti-corrosion performance, low flame spread, and effective protection in demanding onshore and offshore environments.
Hardtop Smart Pack II is designed to meet environmental and health regulations and is already optimised to meet the upcoming requirements. Keeping the monomeric di-isocyanate content below 0.1% it eliminates the necessity for specialised safe isocyanate handling training.
Tested in accordance with ISO 12944-9.
Pre-qualified in accordance with NORSOK M-501 in selected systems.
