Barrier 80 X is a two-component, polyamide-cured, zinc-rich epoxy coating designed for the ultimate protection of carbon steel in severely corrosive environments. It is a high-solids coating with fast dry-to-recoat and dry-to-handle properties that make it ideal as part of a complete coating system where extended durability is required. Barrier 80 X is recommended for use as a primer in atmospheric environments on structural steel and piping exposed in corrosivity categories up to C5 (ISO 12944-2)
