Hardtop Flexi
About
Hardtop Flexi is a highly flexible and impact-resistant polyurethane topcoat with direct-to-metal properties. Based in a hybrid specialty binder, Hardtop Flexi has excellent flexibility enabling it to withstand torsional stress and mechanical impact. It can be used as a one-coat, direct-to-metal coating in atmospheric corrosivity classes C2 and C3 according to ISO 12944-2007 since it contains anticorrosive pigments. Hardtop Flexi has good sag resistance, high volume solids and good flow properties, making it easy to get a high film build – contributing to improved corrosion protection compared to conventional polyurethanes. Can be used for both marine and protective usage areas on both coated surfaces and carbon steel.

- Low Flame Spread in accordance with EU Directive for Marine Equipment. Approved in accordance with parts 5 and 2 of Annex 1 of IMO 2010 FTP Code, or Parts 5 and 2 of Annex 1 of IMO FTPC when in compliance with IMO 2010 FTP Code Ch. 8.
