Jotacote Universal S120 is a solvent-free, universal primer with Covallox™ technology. Jotacote Universal S120 is a high-build product with exceptionally high adhesion strength and high flexibility – giving you unrivalled anti-corrosive properties. Jotacote Universal S120 is developed as a universal, all-round new construction coating for long-term anti-corrosive performance.
The patented Covallox™ technology utilises a double locking mechanism to adhere to the steel, giving extremely high adhesion that is expected to last the lifetime of the steel. Jotacote Universal S120 has extremely low VOC emissions, reducing the need for VOC abatement systems. Jotacote Universal S120 is suitable for application for ISO 12944-9, CX environment (Splash, Tidal and Immersed) and holds NORSOK approvals for system 1, 7A and 7B as well as being IMO PSPC for WBT approved.
Certified in accordance with IMO Res.215(82) – PSPC Water Ballast Tanks.
Pre-qualified in accordance to NORSOK M-501.
