Tankguard 412 is a two-component solvent-free tank lining with good chemical resistance. It is suitable for marine purposes as a coating for potable water, grey water and crude-oil tanks. Tankguard 412 is recommended as a lining onshore and offshore, and for buried tanks and pipes. It can be used as a primer, a midcoat or finish coat in atmospheric and immersed environments. This product is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and concrete substrates.For chemical resistance information please refer to the Jotun Protective Resistance List.
Tested in accordance to AS/NZS 4020:2005, testing of products for use in contact with drinking water.
Approved by the Norwegian Institute of Public Health for use in contact with potable water.
