Epoxy HR is a heat-resistant coating suitable for temperatures up to 205 °C (401°F) continuous. It is also suitable for cryogenic temperatures, down to -196°C (-321°F), can be used for both insulated and non-insulated substrates, and is available in six colours. Epoxy HR has very good water resistance, which gives it excellent corrosion protection properties. It significantly prolongs the lifetime of an asset, reducing the maintenance need and the risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI) – avoiding unnecessary and costly shutdowns. Epoxy HR is suitable for maintenance situations and can be applied on hot substrates up to 150 °C and St2 surface preparation. The product has proven its excellent performance over the last 20 years of successful applications globally.
