Jotamastic 90 is a tintable surface-tolerant abrasion resistant epoxy mastic primer designed for maintenance and repair. The Jotamastic brand is Jotun’s largest brand for surface-tolerant maintenance coatings – and has been on the market for more than 30 years. Jotamastic 90 is abrasion resistant, and is a high-solids, high-build product.
Jotamastic 90 product is tintable in a wide range of colours in Jotun's Multicolor Industry (MCI) system. It is specially designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not possible or required and provides long-lasting protection in environments with high corrosivity. It can be used as a primer, midcoat, finish coat or as a single-coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Jotamastic 90 is suitable for use on properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, concrete and a range of aged coating surfaces. It can be applied at sub-zero surface temperatures.

- Low Flame Spread in accordance with EU Directive for Marine Equipment. Approved in accordance with parts 5 and 2 of Annex 1 of IMO 2010 FTP Code, or Parts 5 and 2 of Annex 1 of IMO FTPC when in compliance with
IMO 2010 FTP Code Ch. 8.
